SHIPPING INFORMATION
Please allow up to two weeks for delivery. Note the charge on your credit card will be from Snowman Foundation, Inc. Orders being shipped to AK or HI will be charged an additional $5 for standard delivery. We regret we cannot ship to US P.O. Boxes or foreign countries.

RETURNS
We want you to be perfectly satisfied with your purchase. Please feel free to return any item purchased on www.snowmanfoundation.org or received as a gift. We ask that you return items within 10 days of receiving them. We understand there may be exceptions for gifts. We will gladly provide a full refund, minus shipping, for your returned CD. Refunds will be in the same form of payment originally used for purchase. Your refund will be posted within 7 to 14 business days of receiving your return. We will notify you of the status of your return by e-mail. If you have any questions, please email customerservice@snowmanfoundation.org.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
You can return merchandise through the mail for a refund or replacement. To make a return by mail, please write us a note with the reason for return and send it to us in its original box with your CD. Please also indicate the action to be taken, such as replacement or refund. Return your package to the address below. You may use the shipping carrier most convenient for you.
